  • 20 of 6' tables and 10 of 5’ round tables

  • 200 folding chairs

  • Prep kitchen with large fridge and sink

  • 2 rooms in back of building for bridal party lounge area with shared bathroom

  • Inside pavilion, optional outdoor ceremony area, and patio behind pavilion

  • Open vendor policy

Additional Options:

  • Table cloth rental for $5 each (white or black)

  • Renter is responsible for setting up and for clean up.  If preferred for the venue to take care of clean up after the event, the fee is $500.
